I have been going to Dr. Van Mourik for over 10 years now whenever I have been sick. Usually when I go in there he listens to my chest and looks in my nose and throat and he is quick to diagnose and give antibiotics. I recently made an appointment to have some vaccines done because I am going back to school. The school requires that I also have titers on the vaccine's to prove that I am immune. When making the appointments I found that the office is quite incompetent and it took 4 weeks of me calling them constantly to get what I needed scheduled. Then, 1 hour before my scheduled appointment, they called me to let me know that they had messed up and could not do all of the things scheduled for that day. Because they did not know what they were doing, I am now unable to start the program I wanted in the Fall which I have been waiting for 2 years to get into.
