We have successfully prevented zoning change requests that would have harmed the value of surrounding properties. I have also assisted developers in designing projects which work with the surrounding neighborhood to enhance values and obtained approval of our client's projects from the Planning and Zoning Commission, including a Planned Unit Development (PUD).
