Brier's is a full service facility since 1985. Owners live on property. Property is fenced in and located conveniently off of Rt. 1 for easy on and off the property. Storage units are conveniently pulled out for scheduled pick up from storage lot. Towing is available to and from storage. Consignment sales for RV trailers. Brier's is also a Modular home dealer with a contractor on site. Off hours for delivery or pick up for stored unit can be arranged in advance for convenient time for customers.

Brier's is located right off of Route 1 at Mile Marker 59, Grassy Key, Bayside. Double gated for easy entry. Office is straight down the driveway. There is a 252 communications tower sitting up front of the property near the front gate.
