I provide counseling and therapy focused on helping you find solutions to the challenges that stand in the way of the joy you once knew. I want to help to guide you, and to join you on your journey to find the life you've always hoped for. I will help you with anger, sadness, stress, substance use issues, loss and grief to be healthy, and whole again. I partner with couples to create joy in their relationship, and families looking for better ways to find peace and happiness at home and young adults navigating a complicated and exciting time in their life. I work together with my clients, couples, or families in a comfortable, confidential setting. I will find ways to tailor our work to your particular situation, and to help you find answers and new ways of being that will clear your way to joy, fulfillment and happiness.
