American Tooling Center provides a full service tool process from CAD math data to production die buyoff. Each job is assigned a project manager to provide program management, engineering expertise, communication and assure quality and timing. The company s CAD department provides quality surface and cutter path generation, as well as solid CAD die design. American Tooling Center produces production dies that are fully CNC milled from the CAD data. In 1999, the company was awarded the Saturn Quality Achievement Award, the Saturn Outstanding Performance Award and became QS 9000 registered. American Tooling Center received the Ford Q1 Award, the GM Truck Group Quality Award and is ISO 9002 certified. The company has been in business since 1989.
