The post office always seems to have a long line. There are never enough people behind the counter. No matter what time of day, you wait in line. Why doesn't Grapevine hire more postal workers to work the counter? Also, they do not list their phone number any where on their website...the phone number listed is for the US Postal Service, not Grapevine's post office. I had to call the US Postal Service to get Grapevine's personal number. When I tried to call them, it rang about 12 times and I received a non-personal greeting. I wasn't even sure if I was leaving a message with the Grapevine post office. I think their answering machine greeting should be "Hello, you have reached the Grapevine Post office. If it's after hours, please leave your name and number and we'll get back to you." But again, it was an automated message saying "Hello please leave a message after the tone." Not a very personal or informational greeting.
