Everything is great until you get to the delivery info.... oh, by the way you will need to be home in a 4 HOUR WINDOW to wait for the delivery -- no advance call within an hour, 30 min or 15 min.--and Saturdays are booked for month ahead (no wonder why) so be prepared to use your valuable vacation time waiting for your furniture to be delivered or if you have the privilege of working from home - good for you.
I would NEVER do business there again. I asked for "express delivery" and my sales person said although they dont make appontments, it wouldnt be a problem getting my furniture before 2pm in the afternoon, or they would call me and since I work nearby, I could come home and they would come back. NOT THE CASE!! When I called the store my order is "locked" for 48 hours and I can't even arrange to pick it up the next day via a 3rd party. No pick up on certain days of the week, and there's "nothing they can do" for an unhappy customer that was lied to. I was pretty much promised I would recieve furniture by the time I had out of town guests and it's not the case. This company does not care whatsoever about their customers. How hard is it to allow me to go pick up something I have purchased and that is MINE

This store has the worst customer service. I bought $6,000.00 worth of Furniture that was broken and scratch at the of the delivery which show-up at 7:30 am on Saturday instead of the time that was stated. It is not worth buying anything at Rooms to go. I will never by furniture from this store again.
This has got to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Our furniture was delivered with a broken lamp. I signed a form with the delivery guys who stated it would be replaced in the next 2 to 3 days.That was a month ago after 7 or 8 calls nobody knows anything about the lamps or the form I signed saying it was broken.They go to the distrubition store and get lost somewhere.I finally got a call and they told me I can get the lamps in 2 weeks. I offered to pick it up and they said they don't have any.Spend your money with someone who cares. Rooms To Go doesn't.
We had endless troubles with Rooms to Go. Every piece of our bedroom furniture was splitting after less than a year, and they refused to give us a refund. We went into the store and the display model of our set was also splitting. After 6 weeks of calling customer service every day, we were told we would receive a refund. Then we were told that person could not authorize a refund and we went in circles for another two weeks on the matter. Finally, they came and picked up the entire set of furniture over a month ago and so far we've received a check for $82. We're still waiting on the rest! I have spoken to customer service enough times that I got that answer "oh yeah, I talked to you about this yesterday..." I would not recommend them to anyone, their products are of low quality, customer service does not care about fixing problems and the store manager and regional manager failed to return any of our numerous phone calls. Not a good experience for us!
