I had to call the store twice to get someone on the phone to check to see if they had a fabric in stock before I made a trip to this store. Needless to say, the person on the other end of the line put me on hold the first time and I finally ended up hanging up and calling back again after 15 minutes on hold. The second time I called back, I told her no one answered back in the cutting department and asked if she could check the availability for me. She was very rude when I made this request and said I would have to come in because she couldn't check for me. I would recommend going to the Lewisville location because they have awesome customer service and offered to help me locate the fabric and have it ready when I got to the store.
