I only gave them one star because I could not rate them less. We are an IT franchise that orders parts from multiple suppliers, and I have never had such a bad experience with a company. One of the batteries that we ordered died within a few months - while under warranty. I got an RMA and waited for the replacement... and waited and waited. When I finally contaced them, I was informed that the part was on backorder, and we would receive it someday. I was also told that they have no process in place to notify their customers of BO status. Ordered another part - out of stock, on backorder, never notified. Finally got part, and it was wrong. After lengthy phone conversation, got right part ordered (the part number that was originally ordered). Never showed up. Emailed to check and found out it was on back order, and again, we were never notified. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!
