5 Star Office! This dentist was very honest, caring and efficient throughout my appointment. Highly recommend Grapevine Dental Care for any family or individual.

GREAT EXPERIENCE AND TEAM! I strongly disagree with the negative reviews posted on this site. I recently moved and was looking for a dentist, I had heard amazing things about this office and they were right! They gave me many different options to help with my problems and went above and beyond in working with my insurance company. When it came to fixing my tooth, Dr. Coats and her team were very caring and efficient. I don't usually write reviews, but this was such a positive experience, I wanted the chance to recommend this office to everyone!

I disagree with the ratings this office has recieved. The staff is very friendly and so is Dr. Coats. I was very pleased at my last appointment.
This place has a -D rating at the BBB in Texas ..This place is a nighmare the office is very nice the smiles off the staff are fake . They want YOUR MONEY .. The staff is not that well trained as they should be considering the location . One of the Doctors brings her dog to work .. Hmmmm :) They push the 3.000 dental cleaning :) Boy they can go through YOUR money too:)
The people here are very nice; the doctor herself is NOT. She is MONEY HUNGRY. On several occasions, it was apparent that the reason something was suggested/done was because of the $$. When I brought to their attention that they had performed a service on me but DID NOT advise me of its cost (I was a self-payer at the time), they grudgingly refunded the money (but not without a fight). Related to this, I cancelled a subsequent appt. (intending to find a new dentist). To my surprise, I received a confirmation call for the cancelled appt. When I questioned this, I was told that they thought I would want to keep the appt since I now had a "credit" on my acct. My first "introduction" to the doctor was when she walked in to SCREAM at the hygentist (who had just started) about something she didn't even know about. The doctor never apologized or even introduced herself to me (also my first visit to the practice), nor did she have the common sense to have the conversation in private.
