General Info

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist ([LMFT] TX#203620). I work with clients to explore all factors in their lives that might be contributing to the problem as well as helping to achieve goals in finding a solution. Problems aren’t born in a vacuum so I look to see what else in one’s life might have significance in reducing the issues you face. I offer a non-judgmental environment to help you find your own voice and help to provide necessary tools to move forward. I am passionate about helping people and believe that each individual is the expert of their own lives. I want to help them become the best version of themselves through a trusting relationship and navigate through their journey alongside them by establishing meaningful and healthy relationships and finding significance in your unique experiences. I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Colorado State University and moved to Texas 10 years ago to pursue a Master's degree. I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings as well as provided counseling for a variety of presenting problems including depression, anxiety, adjustment and life transitions, and self-esteem.
