What an AMAZING experience we had this weekend at the Welsh Hills Inn! 5 stars don't seem to be enough to describe this bed and breakfast. We were visiting the area for a wedding near Columbus and wanted a place away from the city where we could relax a bit. We stumbled on their website and are so glad we did! Bobbi and Jeff are the absolute best hosts. They anticipated and exceeded our every need and expectation. Their home and property are beautifully and comfortably decorated and inviting. I don't know what we enjoyed more - relaxing in our beautiful room, enjoying the spectacular mornings in the fabulous rockers and dining on made to order breakfasts on the lovely front porch, or soaking up the sun and enjoying the delicious snacks by the beautiful pool. We are already telling all of our friends to check out their website and we plan to visit again in the fall, and then the winter and then the spring! Thank you, Bobbi and Jeff. You made us feel like family!

Thank you for everything! We had an absolutely wonderful stay for Denison's Reunion Weekend. The breakfasts were simply fantastic and we can't wait to enjoy our teas at home. We will miss Ellie, the wonderful pool, and relaxing under the trees in the hammocks. Thanks again.

I have traveled extensively on business and have stayed in many wonderful hotels and Inns around the world. I have found The Welsh Hills Inn B&B to be my home away from home and my absolute favorite place to stay in Granville, Ohio. Every room at the Inn has exceptional charm and character but is, also, very comfortable and inviting. Jeff and Bobbi, the owners and proprietors of the Inn, are terrific hosts and great conversationalists. Their hospitality and warmth makes you feel more like a member of the family than merely a brief guest. Because of my work schedule, I tend to arrive at the Inn late in the evening only to find a wonderful glass of wine ready to be served and a beautifully decorated formal living room (or a comfortable chair around the pool) to unwind, relax, and enjoy a good conversation. The Bedwen Bach guest room is private, spacious and extremely comfortable bedroom full of antiques and with all the facilities and ambiance you will find in the best hotels.

Absolutely my favorite place to stay when I travel on business to the area - as well as one of my favorite places to travel anywhere when I'm out on business. What a wonderful Inn - no better bed & breakfast or place to stay at in Granville or the Central Ohio area. The amenities are superb & the owners have traveled the world & know how to make your stay memorable. Luxurious, comfortable bedding, beautiful original artwork, nice sized rooms, HDTV, high-speed wireless Internet, incredible breakfasts, terrific pool, & wonderful common areas to enjoy. The owners will even prepare wonderful dinners if requested. The gorgeous grounds that surround the Inn are spectacular with duck ponds, hiking trails, woods, mature trees, & beautiful annual & perennial flowers blooming everywhere. Unlike several other accommodations in the area located on busy, heavily trafficked highways, The Welsh Hills Inn is located in the peaceful, rolling, wooded Welsh Hills countryside. Just the best of the best!

We couldn't have chosen a more beautiful and special place to stay to celebrate our 10th anniversary than The Welsh Hills Inn. Thank you, Bobbi & Jeff, for making this truly a memorable weekend for us. What a treat. Can't wait to return!

A new favorite. Our family just loves The Welsh Hills Inn!! When we arrived yesterday, a fresh blanket of snow was covering the Inn and the gorgeous property surrounding it. The Pekin ducks greeted us as we pulled into the winding entrance of the drive. My daughter (here touring Denison University) and son got settled into the room across the hall from my husband and I. There was a roaring fire in the fireplace when we arrived and enjoyed some wine and the baby grand piano as we relaxed from our earlier drive. Dinner at The Granville Inn was scrumptious - and we even brought back creme brulee' to have later as we watched a movie on the HD flatscreen in the room. We cannot recommend this wonderful Inn any higher. Don't miss this gem. Oh, and did I forget to mention the terrific breakfast??

We can't imagine a season at The Welsh Hills Inn that wouldn't be a wonderful experience for anyone who visits this beautiful B&B in Granville. Bobbi and Jeff's hospitality, warmth, and caring attention-to-detail is second-to-none. Yummy,creative breakfasts served hot each morning and the eggs....oh, those incredibly fresh eggs! It's so nice to return in the evening to a glass of wine and assorted cheeses at the bar. The guest rooms are spacious, comfortable, and lovely. We can't think of a thing that could have made our stay any more enjoyable. Can't wait to return again, and again, and again!! Treat yourself to a terrific place to getaway from it all while still being close to lots of entertainment, great restaurants, shopping, the arts, and more. Definitely one of our favorite new spots.

We're delighted that we chose the Welsh Hills Inn for our spring wedding & reception for 40 guests. It is a gracious country estate in a serene pastoral setting with lovely well-appointed guest rooms. The evening before the wedding, our guests enjoyed specialty beers & wine around the pool, which reflected light from the torches surrounding it. While some guests played bocce ball, others gathered for cigars on the covered porch of the pool house and listened to music. Our ceremony was held in The Gathering Room - lined with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide a view of the rolling, lush grounds, flowering trees & colorful plantings. After the ceremony, we had cocktails & hors doeuvres on the sprawling wrap-around porch - dotted with charming rocking chairs. Modern kitchen - large & well-suited for use by our caterer & sit down dinner served in the spacious dining room. The Gathering Room was perfect for dancing to music from the Inn's elegant baby grand. Simply incredible. Superb!

Two Canadians visiting in the area to see Doc Watson at The Midland Theatre. Both the concert and the bed & breakfast were perfect! This is the first contemporary-built home I have ever been in which had character itself - and was filled with thoughtfully collected, interesting objects, art, & antiques. We look forward to returning to the Midland Theatre and to your wonderful bed & breakfast inn.
