The mission of Bright Futures is to promote and improve the health, education, and well-being of infants, children, adolescents, families, and communities.
- Primary CareWe are proud to be one of the 1st Pediatric practices in the state of Oregon to earn the Oregon Health Authority's highest rank as a Tier 3 Patient Centered Primary Care Home. We are constantly trying to improve our medical care and in 2019 we earned the ranking as a Tier 5 Patient Centered Primary Care Home.

- ImmunizationsDuring a routine well-baby checkup, your baby's height, weight, and head growth measurements will be taken. A complete physical exam will be done and anticipatory guidance provided. At your baby's 2 week check-up, a newborn screening will occur. Developmental screenings, routine vaccinations, nutrition assessment, dietary guidance, and screening blood work that is done in the office (at 9 months and 2 years of age) are also part of routine well-baby checkups.
- AutismSamantha advanced her education to become a certified pediatric nurse practitioner (CPNP) in 2018 and moved to upstate New York where she provided pediatric procedural sedation services. She specialized in helping children with autism and developmental behavioral issues complete needed bloodwork, vaccinations, and other medical procedures that they would have otherwise not been able to receive.
