The owner of the place is the most rude and egomaniacal person I've ever met.

RVFC is an excellent, clean, well equipped facility. They are open long hours. Their facility is probably one of the best equipped in the valley. Rarely do they close for the entire day and they were kind enough to accomodate me on a weekly or daily basis if needed. No commitment necessary.

Rogue Valley Fitness Center is an excellent place to train. Very clean-staff very friendly. They seem to have any piece of equipment you could want. They are just over the river on the south end of town. Very convenient and comfortable. Thank you Rogue Valley Fitness Center.

I highly recommend this facility. You will see that this facility has plenty of equipment alternatives to perform any exercise or exercise program/routine that you wish.
