Michael Stattel, MA, LPC, is a licensed counselor in Grants Pass, OR. I provide a mind-body centered counseling approach to mental health. Mind-body counseling work restores joy, vitality, hope, physical well-being and intimacy with others by freeing up emotional blocks in a safe and supportive manner. Grief, depression, anxiety, stress, and couples conflicts are also addressed. This approach is especially effective in releasing psychological traumas that underlie physical symptoms. I have over 25 years of experience helping individuals, couples and teens to achieve healing.
