they told me the sofa I was purchasing was in "perfect condition", per the saleswoman, it was in my house for 3 hrs. when I found a large hole in it....called to have them pick it up and give me a refund. They said they would after I paid them $100.00 to do so. What BS...After much ado & the court telling me "I must give them the opp to fix it" I was so tired of these people and their rude behavior I just sent the sofa to the dump. My feelings are that I went shopping for a NEW sofa NOT something with a large hole in it (it was blocked by other furniture, so was unalbe to inspect it) Shop there if you must but just BEWARE!

I have bought here over the years. The product and the service have always been great. I have used them for my appliances and furniture as well as repair. Honest, open, best customer service around. They know their products well.

They sold me a sofa with a 2" hole in the side of it!! There was NO way I could inspect it at the store due to the fact that it was jammed up against another sofa, & honestly you can't be expected to re arrange a store to inspect for damages on what is supposed to be NEW merchandise. The sales womens told me there was NOTHING wrong with, only the style & fabric had been discontined by the mfg. She told me this twice!! After purchase & del. to my home I discovered the hole & immediately called for a pick up & refund....They said they would pick it up for a $100.00 restocking fee. This holey sofa had only been in my house for 3 hrs.!! I of couse refused this EXTORTION & am now forced to pursue legal action to get my money back. Please be VERY careful if you must buy from them.
