Did not like the character of this company.

I had a few companies quote my house to be tinted and the owner of this company was criticizing the work of another local company from his area. I would not use him, even though he was cheaper in the long run. He was only cheaper because he wanted to beat the other companies price because he dispizes him. He told me that the other guy was fly-by-night, owned too many other businesses to be any good. I have seen the work of both companies and would highly recommend the other company from Granite City. Bi-State does not have the quality or the good customer relations/satisfaction that the other company has. Steer clear or companies that criticize and ridicule other businesses.
