Our accomplishments have been possible due to providing excellent customer service to our clients while giving our employees a quality place to work.We have expanded the company while maintaining a lot of the relationships that I established 30 years ago Our staff has remained loyal and I am proud of the fact that our turnover is remarkably low. Our adjusters average 27 years of experience and their tenure with Sams & Associates is well above industry averages.
