They came, did not act very competent or professional. The owner himself, who came and looked and quoted earlier, did not come to actually move us. They also charged us a lot more than they quoted. They placed our china cabinet against a beam with two bolts. The glass/mirror part. Who would do that? We bought furniture pads that they didn't use. They didn't use the rope we used to tie things together. Our brand new PBK crib broke, they ruined the baby mattress, the sofa arrived stained, the baby changing table arrived with all 4 drawers broken from too much weight on top of it. A desk was chipped, the dining room table scratched and chipped, our printer falling apart, desk chipped, our dresser entirely smashed. Some of the furniture pads were used, but most arrived in a big open box. Yay. When I emailed the owner with these details I was told that that's just too bad and my fault anyway for not providing rope and furniture padding... which of course we did provide, show all the guys who came, stood right in the middle of the living room, and we have photos and receipts to prove it. We had just moved 12 months before with a North Carolina company and nothing broke. Don't use them, just burn your stuff instead.
