We rented a water cooler from this company. The first one they delivered leaked, the second was ok. When we discontinued service we had to call several times before they would come out to pick up the cooler. It has been four months since we discontinued service and they continue to send us a monthly bill, even though they agree that we do not owe them, They can't figure out how to stop billing. They are very difficult to get in touch with as well.
