My wife and I have been renting a 10'20' storage unit for about three years now. We do not live in grand view but the owners have always made it safe of crime or any harm to our property we have stored on the property. The owners are very kind and have low rental rates on the units. We would recommend checking MVP storage out first if you are looking for a safe place for your personal items needed to be stored.
