Profile: Jeremy Swenson is a certified and experienced expert witness and consultant in Snow and Ice Management. He served as an expert witness of slip, trips and falls cases- working with plaintiff and defense counsel, providing case analysis, review, deposition testimony and court testimony. He has worked on over 100 cases/incidentsin the last 10+ years. Jeremy Swenson started Snowmen Inc., Snow and Ice Management Services, the largest snow and ice Management Company in the Kansas City area and one of the largest in the United States, both within seven years of its beginning. Jeremy has managed winter services for over 100,000 acres of parking lot pavement and over 23,000,000 square feet of sidewalk pavement cumulatively throughout his career. Jeremy is a snow removal expert with an emphasis in ice, black ice, melt/refreeze and slick surfaces resulting from snowy conditions. Jeremy has a great knowledge of snow contractor performance, laws, snow science and mechanics related to snow removal industry. He is an effective communicator and available to assist in litigation related to Ice and snow management, snow removal, accidents, injuries and other snow allied matters.
