I have been well treated and received quality care at Grin in Grandview. I do not know of any business anywhere who will provide eye care or any kind of service if a person does not pay. The fact that one person criticized Grin because they did not provide him or her free care, does not make this a bad place. It's actually a very good place and I intend to keep using them.

i walked into the office with one bloodshot eye and in pain. i have hard contacts and have not been aable to remove one. it seemed suctioned to my eye. i asked if they would remove the contact co i could put some drops in my bloodshot eye which could be done in 10 seconds once they got me seated by using a simple suction cup device. itold them i didnot have tht 75.00 dollars that they wanted to do this simple proceedure and they refused me help. ihad just moved to grandview after beyng unemployed for 2 years and was starting a new job. ihave no money left and start my job in a few days though if i show uo looking like i do i think that they will send me home. my regular eye doctor is 30 miles away in west o.p kansas.i am desperate but maybe i can find a bus that get me there. i am the 99% they are the 1% i loose. please do not use this company. they do not care except about money. i would never be turned away at a hospital which might be where i have to go .
