Most of all we pledge to operate in a professional manner and perform in an ethical way. Crews Fine Jewelry is an independently owned and operated jewelry store serving the community since 1971. The store opened it’s doors in September of 1971 in Grandview, Missouri, by Lou and Carolyn Crews. After Lou’s death in 1978, Carolyn has remained the sole owner of the store, and has been in the same location since 1979. Crews jewelry strives not only on taking care of their customers, but making them lifelong friends. Their expert staff is on hand to help customers mark memorable occasions in their lives! Crews Fine Jewelry is a member of the Jewelers of America. Crews Jewelry has been an active member of the Grandview Chamber of Commerce since 1977. Carolyn Crews Pope and Crews Jewelry had the privilege of being elected to the National Jewelers Hall of Fame in 2002. Crews Jewelry would like their customers to know that they have signed off on the Kimberly Process and that all of Crews Jewelry’s diamonds are conflict free!
