Im in Ca. and I rented a room for a week for my Aunt. I was told 193.00 and they ran my card and sent me the reciept via mail. My aunt only stayed 6 days, and then without notice.. I was charged an additional 11.40 to may card, without my knowledge or concent. I called to enquire about it and I was told, they qouted me wrong. I dont even think that is legal.. They did not even call me to tell me they were charging another 11.40 to my card. Is that my fault? I would think that being that we paid for 7 days, my aunt stayed 6, leaving early in the morning, so 24 hours before her scheduled checkout... and being this was not my error, would be pacify their own mistake. I dont have time to argue with them over a measly 11.40. Putting out the honest truth of what they did to me in a review is worth the 11.40 to me.‎ 8-27-2010
