I was opening a new ice cream store and I did all my research on mix and machines and everything else that goes into opening a new store. I looked at several equipment vendors and decided to choose Taylor because they were honest, more than helpful and (this was key) didn't badmouth their competition like another vendor did. I dont badmouth my competition, so why should anyone else? I think when people do that its to cover something else up or hide something. The Taylor machine works and run amazingly well and I am happy to continue to do business with Taylor freezer.

Would be nice if people actually answered the phone. Seems like no matter what extension you call, no one ever answers.
