I'm not sure what the previous person is talking about. I've been driving for them for 3 years and have ALWAYS gotten paid for those things. But they have to be documented on your bills and the proper macros sent in to get your pay. A lot of drivers forget that then complain they're getting screwed. Sure, the pay could be better, trailers newer, break downs fewer. But, they've always been good to me and are generally pretty laid back. I get lots of freedom that I haven't gotten with other carriers. No micro management or getting yelled at if you're running a little behind or need an extra day at home.

They do not pay you for lay over, driver assist, driver unload or detention pay. They say they do, but you rarely, if ever see it on your paycheck. They currently owe me over $700 just for the past 6 months for these items. If you choose to drive for them, try to get a written procedure or policy for getting this pay, if you want to get it.
