If you want to see a real physician, do not bother to visit this office. You are pretty much shuffled between multiple nurses who do not communicate with each other and in my case kept mixing me up with another patient. Also, do not bother to call the office for problems, you will not receive a call back. They try to work from a "team" approach, but this is a losing team. Instead of helping to improve my type 1 diabetes, my control worsened.
