Richard was great. Went over the issues, Gave me three options and the quoted price is what I paid....nothing more. He was pleasant, personable and got the job done.....even when other plumbers told me it wouldn't be possible. From the call to his departure was one of the best experiences with service I have ever had. I am done chasing contractors, The Service Professor is all I ever need...Very highly recommend.
I was having a drainage problem with my kitchen sink for a while and I thought it was about time to get someone out here to take a look at it. We don't have a plumber, so my granddaughter and I got out the phone book and flipped right to this one. I called right away and they said they could come out later that day. I had somethings planned so we set up a time for the following day. When Rich arrived the first thing I noticed was the bright pink truck!!!!!!!!! My granddaughter has seen the truck around town, but never had the chance to read the business's name. When Rich explained to us that some of the proceeds goes to breast cancer awareness that was just an added bonus! Rich did a very thorough job and did it relatively fast too. He was very helpful, offered advice about other things we are having some problems about. All in all A+++!!!! We will definitely be going back to The Service Professor in the future! :)
Our A/C was not working. It just so happened to be the hottest week of this year so far!!! 90's all week! I called and set up an appointment next day. David came out to take a look and he is by far one of the best service repair people I have ever met. He was knowledgeable, friendly, answered any and all questions I had, polite, and just an all around really great guy! The service prices and parts were very reasonable. my A/C was back up and running for $300, in less than an hour! For a trained professional that is guaranteed and insured, that is a great price. I totally recommend The Service Professor!!!!
We had an electrical problem a few weeks ago and used The Service Professor for the first time and were VERY pleased. Then we had some pluming issues so we tried their service again, this time using a plumber named, Brad J. He was GREAT, even went above and beyond his service to fix a towel bar that we couldnt, he didnt have to but did! So far, The Service Professor will continue to get our business and if plumbing issues arise again we will definitely ask for Brad J. Thank you!!!
John was very polite, friendly, and professional. He assessed our problem and had it fixed in short order. He also checked my smoke detectors as I wasn't sure they were working properly. He was very honest to let me know that they were working fine. I could definitely recommend this company and this gentleman.
David was very professional and courteous. Also, very knowledgeable regarding his job. Answered my questions and concerns with no hesitation. Is a credit to Service Professor. Dave and Service Professor=5 Stars..
Josh came into our home to complete a very extensive electrical upgrade. He was both professional, friendly, and very willing to answer questions and go above and beyond to complete the project for us. We could not have been happier with Josh and the results noq that the project has been completed. We would definitely call him again and feel very confident with the staff of Service Professor. Our experience with The Service Professor has been quite positive. Derek gave us an initial quote was professional and personable, even when we had him give us another estimate. Our installers Tom, Scott, and John were very friendly and polite. They cleaned up after themselves, wore booties in the house, and explained the process. We were also given an opportunity to ask any questions. Our duct-less A/C is awesome. Will use this company again.

i.e.,The communication was good. The job was professionally done. Service person was very professional. Job was done in a timely manner and took time to fix a couple of other small issues at no extra cost. Would use them again. Thought the job was a bit pricey but you pay for what you get.

Came in to fix our AC at work. Josh was very professional, and just a nice guy. Ran into a few unexpected hurdles, but did some troubleshooting and made it happen. Couldn't be more satisfied with the experience.
