This place has a great service dept. and knowledgable techs. They will come out within a day or two...depending on how busy they are. They know how to fix the problem and are efficient? I'm glad they are so close by.

We asked Polynesian to pick up our hot tub, fix some issues with it, and drop it off at a new site. This seemed like a pretty simple request to a company who does exactly this kind of work, but my assumptions were totally wrong. I had to call and visit multiple times only to find that nobody knew what I was talking about. It was extremely frustrating that they had no idea what was going on or who was handling the issues on their end. Our hot tub sat in their warehouse for almost 2 months to have about 4 hours of labor performed. They even put something as simple as the panels back on very crooked, and the owner tried to tack on last minute labor charges, among other things. I'm worried that we've done more harm than good by bringing our hot tub to them in the first place and I'm probably going to have to have someone else take a look at the hot tub just to make sure they didn't screw anything up.

I have had nothing but trouble this company and service. My lights on the Hot Tub Spa have had major issues since day one. Lights do not sequence properly and have been replaced twice within the first 9 months. The light covers also fail and when asked if Polynesian would replace all with the more secure covers, their reply has We do not replace them until they fail because we do not get reimburse until then! When placing service calls, I do not get returned messages until 2 to 3 days afterwards I do not recommend this Company.
Wow these nice folks did a super job on my pool and spa, from fair pricing to a sweet instillation job and after sale service I never expected even my wife is happy!
