Never made it passed reception. Despite having my federal Blue Cross and Blue Shield enrollment code and policy numbers; I was turned away. Because I didn't have the actual paper card. BCBS says if she had entered my numbers all of my information would have appeared on her screen. She refused; saying I 'could have made up any numbers'. I didn't figure on trusting my health care to an outfit with that level of dumb working the front desk.

This is my local med center that I have visited 3 times in the past 6 months. All times received horrible service by my doctor. I am allergic to some antibiotics and had to come in for an allergic reaction and he diagnosed me with a panic attack. I called and complained and another doctor serviced me. They resolved the issue and put me on a milder antibiotic which worked. Then last week went for a bad cold and fluid in lungs. I was traveling and not able to get to a doctor for 4 days. I told him i was coughing and having a hard time breathing. He said he was going to only run tests for strep throat when i told him i didn't think it was strep. Too bad it has switched owners. It used to be a very efficiently run walk in clinic. With changing of ownership, the business has changed. Not so faster, not so well run. Sorry to see it change.

Have been there with problems for my kids and myself. The staff is courteous and professional. We are usually in and out with a diagnosis and proper treatment within 45 minutes. Definitely a good choice for urgent medical problems.

Great neighborhood walk-in clinic. They move patients right along without skimping on the medical care. Most of the time the wait is short and you can be in and out within 30 minutes. On rare occasions the wait may be an hour if they are really busy, you will always see a doctor. They have taken care of me and my family for years with the utmost professionalism and medical care.
