Adrian Woldring founded Plastic Mold Technology in 1958 as Woldring and Associates. The company designs and builds custom plastic injection molds ranging up to 65,000 pounds. The company offers prototype and production tooling for a wide range of molding processes. The extensive experience of management and shop floor staff can provide tooling for a wide variety of injection molding types, including standard injection molding, two shot molding, second shot overmolds, glass encapsulation, rotary molding, stack molds, gas assist, reaction injection and insert molding. The company s manufacturing facility contains Farrel and VanDorn molding equipment ranging from 17-by-17-inch machines to 52-by-52-inch units. Plastic Mold Technology has a sales office in Detroit, and maintains its headquarter and manufacturing operations in Kentwood, Mich.
