I would highly recommend this business for everyone looking for an appliance. Family owned, fast service. I had a busted washer, they came out and confirmed it was dead, we followed them back to the store, picked one out and they followed use home. Had a working appliance from start to finish within 2 hours installed. Excellent service!

Great family owned business in Grand Rapids. Excellent service, very knowledgeable staff. I buy ALL my appliances from them. They don't try to upsell you to buy the more expensive model with the "extras" you don't really need. Buy local- not from those big name stores with poor service.
