This company brought the wrong carpet to me and when they wouldnt bring the right carpet I took it to them and picked up the right carpet I was pissed and had a bad attitude . Before I could get back to my store they called and complained the delivery driver had a bad attitude not knowing I was the owner. on another ocassion they held an order hostage till I paid a freight charge for a shipment I never recieved and was in descrepency with the mill I never used before or ordered from. I tell all my reps not to use them for shipping my carpet but just recently a new rep accidently shipped one with them. I called after getting a bill for the roll without shipping and was told the roll had been sitting on their dock for a week waiting for pre payment of shipping and no one even bothered to tell me.
