1) What was it like before you came in to see us? I had a lot of joint pain and intestinal problems. I hurt all over and was tired all the time. Didnt sleep well and if I did sleep, it was very restlessly. Hot flashes throughout the day and night made me very uncomfortable and irritable. 2) How is it now? Joint pain is 90% gone and intestinal problems have been greatly reduced. Still working with Dr. Owings on the sleep issue and the hot flashed. Better but not gone yet! 6/14/2011 I think I finally found the right combination of food and nutritional supplements. I havent had a hot flash in about a week and Im also sleeping 5 hours at a stretch!!! If I do get up to go to the bathroom, when I get back into bed, I go right back to sleep! Thank you! Thank you! I cant thank Dr. John enough for helping me with my migraines. He is so willing to take his time to educate me on the importance of chiropractic with migraines.
