I went a long time before going to an audiologist to have my hearing tested. I was afraid of not picking one that had the client's best interest in mind. This one was recommended by a friend that is 100 years old and has gone to Dr. Ed for many years and I also trusted her judgement very much. I feel that Dr. Ed and his staff do a great job in asking you questions that help you focus in on your needs in order to get the correct hearing aids for you, if needed. The training given to first time users of hearing aids is fantastic. The followup given by the staff for the benefit of the client is very important and helpful. This is also encouraged with followup helpful and informative post cards and newsletters.
