- MRIThe radiology specialty devoted to diagnostic imaging of the abdomen and pelvis utilizing primarily cross sectional imaging including MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) and CT (computed tomography or CAT). Diseases involving the liver, gastrointestinal system, pancreas, spleen, and genitourinary system are included in body imaging.

- MammographyThe radiology specialty devoted to the diagnostic imaging and diagnosis of breast diseases and conditions. This includes mammography, breast ultrasound, breast MRI (magnetic resonance imaging), and breast procedures such as breast biopsy.
- Computed TomographyA specialist in nuclear radiology uses the administration of trace amounts of radioactive substances (radionuclides) to provide images and information for making a diagnosis. Imaging that can involve nuclear radiology includes PET (positron emission tomography) and SPECT (single photon emission computed tomography) examinations.
- Interventional Radiology2019 – ARS partners with Michigan State University and Spectrum Health to establish a six year integrated interventional radiology residency program. ARS physicians serve as Program Director and Assistant Program Director.
- General SurgeryIn 2019 ARS partnered with Michigan State University and Spectrum Health to create a six year integrated interventional radiology residency program ( https://www.spectrumhealth.org/medical-education/residencies/interventional-radiology-residency ) The six-year program includes an integrated intern year modeled after the preliminary general surgery residency program. We offer a broad exposure to all image-guided procedures with exceptional opportunities in oncologic, musculoskeletal, vascular, thromboembolic and palliative/pain intervention in addition to robust training in diagnostic radiology. ARS physicians Jim Morrison, MD and Jarrod MacFarlane, DO serve as Program Director and Associate Program Director. The program was approved by the ACGME in January and matched the first class of residents in March of 2021.
