Ridiculous lot rent of $505 in 2015, plus $10 per month per pet (limit 2), and charges for water, sewer, and even electric. Why does our electric bill have to come from the park? Never had that happen before. At least if it was under my name I could get a senior discount, that they won't give you. If you're a day late they charge you $50 and if you're not paid in full within a couple weeks, they charge you an additional $25. Not sure how long they keep adding that $25.00 but I'm willing to bet it doesn't stop. The bill you receive from the park is for water, sewer, and electric. You're charged a flat fee for sewer but it should be based upon your water usage. You have to add the lot rent yourself. If you don't pay in full you can and will be evicted. I can see that for not paying the lot rent in full but the electric, water and sewer? Neighbors are unfriendly and even downright rude at times. Better off to rent or even buy a house. That's what I'm looking to do now.
