My wedding was back in 2009 and we used Carole's Catering. We saved a lot of money by using this caterer and the food was amazing! We were able to have three meat choices and still spent less than if we would have went through the hall! They are friendly, and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone!! Hi my name is Ellie carols catering is one of the best catering out .I have used her for a lot of things and never had anyono complain at all and there where poeple asking for her cards. Because they like her food that much. some times you can have a bad day but she will alls work it out with you .she is one of the comparable place in town .and that don't mean that she has bad service beause she don't she has the best I have ever seeing. carol is to nice sometimes and i think she needs to be a little harder if you look round you will find that she is vary compatible to everboby round her that is in this business. so i hope you will all check her out and you can see for your selfs thank you very much Carol for doing a very good job at my sons wedding. everboby loved it.
