Came out, gave a reasonable quote, and then fell off the face of the earth for several weeks. Never returned calls, faxes, emails. Several weeks later they contacted us saying they'd be ready to do our roof... Only to fall off the face of the earth again.
They'll come out, act professional and even give you a great quote but if you're looking for someone reliable, or who will even just give you the courtesy of communicating with you.... This is not the company. Seek out another roofing company. It's not hard to find a professional company who will give you the courtesy of calling you back... Especially when you're willing to throw money at them.

If you're looking to get the run-around, this is the company for you!

Poor customer service. I've called twice now for a residential gutter job, and both times now, within four days post-call, I have not received a call either time. It would have been nice just to get a return call saying they didn't want the work, didn't do gutters, or simply were too busy to do it. I am now looking into their competition, I suggest you do the same.

The sales representative was factual and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable. The crew was competent and the roof installation was completed in a day and a half for our large home.

Our home is 22 years old and it was time for a new roof, so I started getting quotes from different companies. Once I contacted Allied Roofing & Siding Co., my troubles were over. Their customer service was exceptional, listening to my needs and concerns, and their quote was the best. Together, we set up a plan where they would remove two turbines, install five vents, shingle and install new gutters with screen. We left for work one morning and by the time we arrived home, later that afternoon, the job was done and you couldn't even tell that anyone had been there. The crew that installed the gutters with screens also did a terrific job. I was very impressed with the way they routed the downspouts, carefully positioning them as inconspicuous as possible. The job was done the summer of 2008 and I couldn't be more pleased.
