      Good morning - I am a long-time Rainbow owner (20+ years) and recently had to contact your Grand Prairie , Texas office (located at 2100 N. Highway 360 #1100B Grand Prairie , TX) regarding some repairs on my Rainbow. My contact at this office was Mr. Terry Henry. I wanted to let you know that you have an outstanding Rainbow Representative in Mr. Henry. His level of knowledge, courtesy and professionalism is rare these days. His outstanding customer service included providing me with some options regarding my Rainbow that were to my benefit and within my budget. I was able to upgrade my Rainbow to a newer model and now I am an even happier, more satisfied Rainbow customer!! I thought you should know what a great Representative you have in Mr. Terry Henry and what a great product you have!!

      Exellent service, very fast, fixed my rainbow while I waited, has a complete line of accessories for the rainbow & also has new & refurbished units for sale.
