I called Eddie the morning after returning from vacation and within an hour he was at the house getting the problem taken care of. He explained the possibilities of the problem from the simplest fix to the worst case scenario. This was good because it gave me a heads up of 'what might could be'. It did not take the 'worst case scenario' to fix the problem. I was very pleased with their promptness, politeness, and knowledge of the job, as well as, giving helpful hits to help maintain situations. I will definitely call him in the future if the need arises.

Plumb Reasonable is the best plumbing co. by far. They are punctual, friendly and honest. They do a good job and the rates ARE reasonable. My neighbor recommended them to me and I so glad she did. I will be calling on them if the need comes again.

Eddie did a great job fixing the problem at my house, but he wasn't very friendly to me or my family. I don't know if he was just having a bad day but he was very curt with me. I referred him to someone else and he was even worse to them on the phone. We got the impression that he didn't have the time or interest for more business. I actually had to call him back to ask a question because he was so quick to get off the phone during the first call. I guess his attitude depends on how busy his schedule is. Overall I'm very happy with the work he did, and his prices, but I wouldn't recommend or call again next time my plumbing is on the fritz because he isn't very friendly. Call me old-fashioned but if I'm paying you for your services and I'm being polite and engaging, the least you could do is reciprocate with a somewhat friendly demeanor. Especially if I'm referring you to friends and family.

Needed to have some work done on our hot water system that had developed a leak. Eddie presenred a reasonable estimate over the phone, and he said he could be here in a short time. He showed up on time, communicated well about what would need to be done, did the work carefully, completely, and safely, and stuck to his estimate. A good, professional job.
