We had new installed about a month ago by Conservation Construction and we love them! They were very professional during every step of the sales and installation process. The sales person was polite and very informative. The windows were even installed ahead of schedule! We have noticed a huge difference in the temperature in our bedroom and the reduction of outside noise. Our room used to be freezing during the winter and it is now comfortable, even on cold nights! I can't wait to upgrade more windows!

My wife was approached at our house by this company. They spoke and after telling the rep what we are looking for referred them to me, her husband and set an appointment. Well, they called to confirm and I mentioned that my wife will not be with me at the time of the appointment but we had spoken and we are just looking to replace some fogged windows with the exact type. The rep was demanding that they have all types and packages and want both of us together and I again reminded him that we are only interested in replacement with like dual pane windows so there was no need for us to look at whatever else he wanted to sell and he canceled the appointment. I say good riddens to a company that wont listen to the customers needs. I just spent over 25,000 on upgrades and the windows are next so if you as a company want to place demands on a homeowner that might have used your business then that's your loss not mine but it is frustrating for a company that comes to your property uninvited to then place demands. I can only imagine how their warranty support would be if I cared but I no longer do. Nothing like a pushy sales rep to tick people off.
