Motus is dedicated to helping smaller, independent healthcare practices thrive. We provide in-depth analysis to identify the root causes and underlying dynamics plaguing a practice, and custom-tailored solutions to help them excel in an industry fraught with change. We build long-term business relationships and work closely with our clients to become a trusted voice in the growth of their practice. Motus serves a small portfolio of select one- to three-practitioner clinics which are not large enough to warrant a full-time MBA-level office manager. We work actively with our clients to build a highly visible brand based on the physician's reputation, ensure the finances are well-managed, the staff functions well, and the patients are delighted.
