The Housing Resources of Western Colorado is a private, nonprofit organization that has been in operation for more than 30 years. The organization offers a range of housing opportunities for low-income families. It also provides a variety of opportunities for community revitalization. The organization offers weatherization, educational and counseling services. The Housing Resources of Western Colorado serves the residents of Mesa, San Miguel, Delta, Montrose, Gunnison, Ouray and Hinsdale counties in Colorado. The organization s housing rehabilitation program provides homeowners with low-cost loans for home repairing and remodeling purposes. In addition, the Housing Resources of Western Colorado administers the Self-Help Housing Program.
