Amazing

Every time I go in. The staff Will help every time I go to pick out parts for an airplane they are so helpful and want you to have a success in this Hobby. :) :)

After a year of bad service...

The older gentleman at this hobby shop has gone over the top now. My latest experience started yesterday when I went in to buy a Center driveshaft for a truck I bought there and he sold me driveshafts and assured me it would work. But when I got home nope, they were axles and I noticed before I even took them out of the package. I went back this morning @ 9:30, and of course the part I need is not in stock, he refused to give me my cash back, only a check. When I said that was not acceptable he only offered to refund it out of his own pocket, (isn't he the owner?) and asked me never to return.I have always gotten wonderful service from Parker, Parker is been great but for some reason every time I get the older gentleman and he is not nice. If you do have the misfortune of needing to go into this place please do not talk to the older gentleman, he will only lead you down the wrong path. I have had to drop over $1600 on this truck because of their missteps. I could've bought the same truck new out-of-the-box for $729 from that store! The local hobby shops role is to provide the expertise in a hobby. If they provide you the wrong expertise and don't admit their own mistakes all you have is money wasted. He is only driving us to the online stores!

I wish I could rate these guys...

I wish I could rate these guys higher. I actually like a couple of the employees, and for the most part they are helpful, and the selection of higher end RC toys is enough to make the hobbiest drool, but if you buy a product, do not expect to find repair parts! On top of that, I was told several times that my part would be in "tomorrow most likely", and both times I listened to their promise, I was let down. I found that I could buy parts via the internet for the same or less with a 2 to 5 day delivery. Both times I attempted to get parts I should have simply ordered them myself. The owner is also a bit difficult to deal with. He tends to not want to deal with the younger customers who are not looking for high end toys. He deals with me just fine (I am 45), but I have seen him be downright rude to younger customers. These kids will grow up and have more disposable income some day. It's too bad the owner does not want to share his passion with the young kids.

Great service!

We went in looking for an RC car. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and there was never any pressure to buy anything. They also had a good assortment in stock. I would definately recommend this store.
