Vincent represented me in a case. He seemed like he was going to be a decent lawyer, boy was I wrong. After the first appearance he was hard to get a hold of. He didn't return phone calls or put much effort in to keeping me informed. I asked his many times to make a counter offer after the DA gave us hid offer. Vincent acted like it was beneath him. He even went to the point of saying tell me what the counter offer should be! I'm pretty sure that's why I hired him. So after months of minimal contact from him, I submitted a counter offer. And he flipped his lid, I'm guessing it made him look like he was not doing his Job. ( HE WASN'T). So next court date rolls around, Vincent showed up with a major chip on his shoulder. We went in a conference room and that's when the verbal attacks began. He talked down to both me and my wife. He went to the point of yelling at my wife and telling her to leave. He stated it was her fault I was in this mess. He then refused to give me any legal advice until he was paid in full. Which I did. I messaged him what I wanted after he was paid in full. I told him the way he talked to me and my wife was unprofessional....He then stated he had not said anything in the court conference room. He stated that he advised me of what I should do. The biggest falsification of them all...he had refused to council me. Then during the course of the next month he sent me nasty email after email. I tried to be civil but all he would do is be a complete donkey. So then the threats started in the emails. He threaten to contact the DA and tell him we would take the offer, after I stated that I wished to find a better counter offer. He then got to the point of pretty much fighting for the DA. He tried scaring me in to taking the offer. The whole time he more or less called me an uneducated idiot. Then on my last appearance he quits in front of the judge and does everything in his power to try and sabotage my case. This guy is morally bankrupt. He wanted an easy pay day and when I didn't jump on the first offer, he more or less stopped trying to do anything but make my situation worse. BEWARE I am extremely unhappy with his attitude, he is a bully with a law degree. Do yourself a favor and do a lot of research before hiring an attorney. I would not recommend Vincent, and would suggest you represent yourself before trusting this guy. I hope this helps someone to make a better decision when picking a lawyer.
