Had a vehicle collide with the side opening on a commercial door causing damage to the door track and to the side wall (on a Friday afternoon). E & E sent out an emergency crew to secure the building for the weekend and co-ordinate with a steel building company to repair the wall. By Monday afternoon the repair was completed. They did not disrupt business at all.Great Job!!! I would highly recommend them.
Every time I leave on hot days I am once again unhappy and dissatisfied with the work that E&E did for me. The actual repair of the track mechanism seems okay-- its' the door opener that is faulty. With my old opener I could click it and the garage door would open then another click and it would stop immediately, because I like to leave my door open about 12 inches up so the freezer doesn't run so much. This new cheap clicker that E&E gave me will not do that. 9 times out of ten when I click it to shut 12 inches from the floor, the door will just keep going. I must look like an idiot out there with the door going up and down and never stopping where I want it to. The owner came out at my request and clicked it within 6 feet of the door, and it worked. Well, get in the car with the window closed and try it'd doesn't work. Am I expected to get out of the car every time I want the door open a crack? I will hire another company to fix it and will never use E&E again.

Highly recommended. There techs were very professional. They were here the day I called and were able to fix everything I needed them to do. Good job!

I bought a Wayne-Dalton door a few years back. Over the past couple of years I have had to clean up a poor installation of the door, from the wiring to loose screws, to readjusting the squareness of the tracks. I had a spring unwind for some unknown reason. I went to the company for repairs, and they wanted an ungodly amount of "travel" expenses. I just wanted a repair, not to pay for their vacation. I will never use these people again, and I have asked the folks who recommended E&E to remove them from the list. After figuring out and making repairs myself, I noticed more shoddy installation practices. NEVER AGAIN!

Very courteous and polite. They installed a new garage door for me in less than an hour
I needed springs for my commercial-sized garage. E & E was able to build new ones while I ran errands in town. Within a couple of hours, the springs were completed and they even had the correct ends so all i had to do was take them home and put them on. The staff was very knowledgable and the customer service was great!! I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.
