I bought a camera that was $25.00. They promised me it would work. I spent too much time looking for replacement batteries (very expensive batteries) giving the GW the benefit of the doubt that it would work. I lost the receipt so there was nothing they could do for me. I was a good customer for them and I donated. They just lost my business and my donations.

The Grand junction store is great with good workers that are loving and caring, I love to shop at a place were I feel loved and wanted that's important I do think some of the workers get treated kind of harshly by upper management that needs to be improved because the workers are the glue they handle most of the all customer service the simple interaction they have with a regular customer brings that customer back again and again that means more purchases so they need to show a little more kindness and more understanding towards there workers isn't that what the Goodwill is all about? Sage Is a good example of how a employee should be loving, kind ,helpful, and considerate people thrive off her joyful attitude the Goodwill needs more people like her! Sue is another prime example she is one of the most dedicated workers the goodwill has ever had as well as Debra wow now she is a very loyal and very fun to talk to she is so knowledgeable about products and she is always helpful
