Carl has been a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Colorado since 1997. His philosophy is change your thinking; change your life. Our beliefs about self and others dictate emotional states and behavioral choices. His therapeutic approach involves cognitive interventions that result in a new way to think about how we think and conceptualize our worldboth inner and outer. From changing habits and addictions to larger existential considerations, he welcomes all who genuinely want to make changes for the better.
